All product sales include setup and installation by experienced field engineers to ensure the system is fully functional.

Compliance is paramount to our partner-clients and we know it! That’s why we GUARANTY emissions levels.

To give you piece of mind, we offer the CIC Emissions Guarantee as part of our extended service agreement. You tell us the emissions requirements for compliance, and we guarantee the system will meet them. And we mean meet, not just within some percentage like most others in the industry  – but the actual stack emission concentrations required by your permit. We start on day one, and then continuously through thousands of hours of operation. We can do this because we are confident in our systems after installing, operating and maintaining hundreds of our systems throughout the world in most every environment imaginable.

On-site training… becoming comfortable with your system.

Emission control systems are major investments, and we want our partner-clients to understand everything about our systems, how they work and what it takes to maintain them. Therefore, we provide on-site training to make sure everyone on our partner-client’s team is comfortable with the system’s operation and maintenance procedures. This is accomplished with detailed and well-written technical manuals, as well as knowledgeable CIC service personnel that will step the team through every aspect of our system and its performance.

Parts and service when you need them.

Parts can and do wear out over time its unavoidable, and while we do design our emission control systems for superior long-life, sometimes you need a replacement part and fast. We will be here to help.
